Tom is founder and past CEO of the Vancouver-based
consulting firm, Entrepreneur Coach Inc – a company that specializes in
strategic joint ventures with uniquely socially responsible businesses,
primarily through franchise development. Tom has helped some two hundred
businesses start and expand over his twenty years of entrepreneur
coaching.
After launching Entrepreneur Coach Inc. in 1995, his
first joint venture was with Puckmasters Hockey Training Centers, the
world’s first one-on-one hockey training franchise, now operating in
more than a dozen states and provinces, with an average 3-year growth of
71.2% per year while Tom was involved. The growth in golf led Tom and
the founding team from hockey to golf and in 1999, the concept of
Parmasters was born.
As Co-Founder in 2000 of our predecessor Parmasters Golf
Training Centers, Tom was then appointed President & CEO of
Parmasters in July, 2002.
An international speaker and best-selling author, he is
considered by many to be an inspiration, motivator and a strong force in
the push towards ethics in our modern business world.
As President and CEO, Tom manages strategic growth and
franchise awarding at Aegis Investment Management Team Headquarters, is
Chairman of the Board, and sits on the Human Resources &
Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.
